Hey
fam!
Here’s the rundown:
When I was in pre-school, my mom came in for a parent-teacher conference, and the teacher handed her a book titled “My Strong-Willed Child”.
From there, she should have known that I was destined to be in the arts! Only a person as strong-willed, determined, stubborn, confident, and curious as me could make it in this industry.
I remember belting Shania Twain in my living room at age 3 (and obviously still do daily)
I remember asking my grandparents to set up the little felt fire and teepee so I could pretend to be Pocahontas (disclaimer: I am not Native American but I’ve always been obsessed with her)
I remember always trying to be the teacher’s pet, because that usually meant that I could go up in front of the class and perform or demonstrate something (as annoying as that is)
“Do or do not. There is no try.”
- Yoda, and my dad
Saw my first Broadway show in December 2015 - The Lion King (my favorite Disney movie, like the Leo I am 🦁)

I really hate this question lol but it seems to be what a lot of people want to know when I tell them that I’m headed for Broadway. The answer is, I don’t have one! Diplomatic, I know, but I genuinely enjoy several shows for several different reasons. I don’t believe in a perfect musical or show!

Of course, everyone does! I’m attracted to characters that have a grounded power within them. Roles that have really been resonating with me lately are:
Hamlet - Hamlet
Elphaba - Wicked
Jenna - Waitress
